Effective communication and successful project Implementation are key to FMARD’s day-to-day activities as is evident from engagements between and within departments in the Ministry as well as with external partners, hence the importance of this course.
A standardized framework of communication and implementation tools and procedures would facilitate the flow of information within the Ministry and make project tracking and reporting more efficient. As the Ministry works with multiple stakeholders (Private sector, donor organizations, civil society, research organizations, etc.) this training would build the capacity of staff to communicate effectively, budget and plan appropriately for activities and showcase the accomplishments of the ministry.
In this course you will learn about:
- Effective communication for the workplace
- Writing technical papers, memos, reports, and external correspondences
- Planning & reporting on budgets
- The budgeting process in government (e.g. MDAs)
- Project impact reporting & tracking tools
- Policy development in agriculture
This course curriculum comprises instructor-led videos, PowerPoint slides, and quizzes for each lesson to test your understanding.
A downloadable certificate will be issued to you upon completion of the curriculum and 100% pass mark on all quizzes.
